The shuttle service works great. We ordered a taxi both from the airport to the hotel and back—the prices are reasonable. However, on the way back, when we got out at the airport, we left our backpack in the taxi. It took quite a while to connect to Wi-Fi at the airport. However, as soon as we got a signal, we received a message on WhatsApp saying that the driver was waiting for us at the drop-off point—they had brought us our forgotten backpack. We got a little worried when the driver wasn't at the hotel at the scheduled time—it turns out he had arrived early and was sleeping in his car a little further away; the organizer figured this out, but not right away. Nevertheless, everything else was a positive experience—the car was clean, the driver was polite, drove carefully, and helped with the suitcases. When booking, you can pay the balance via SBP with a MIR card and avoid the hassle of dealing with lira or euros for the driver. I recommend it!
