We got a little worried when the driver wasn't at the hotel at the scheduled time—it turns out he had arrived early and was sleeping in his car a little further away; the organizer figured this out, but not right away. Nevertheless, everything else was a positive experience—the car was clean, the driver was polite, drove carefully, and helped with the suitcases. When booking, you can pay the balance via SBP with a MIR card and avoid the hassle of dealing with lira or euros for the driver. I recommend it!

An excellent, reliable transfer service—we booked it from the airport to the hotel and then back again. The drivers arrived on time, were friendly, and helped us with our luggage. The car on the way there had Wi-Fi and air conditioning; they gave us water—everything was great. On the way back, we weren’t quite as lucky: there was no Wi-Fi (not a big deal) and it was a bit stuffy (which was more of an issue). I hope that in the future all cars will be comfortable—in a hot country, that’s very important. There are various payment options: you can pay in advance with rubles or on-site with foreign currency—it’s very convenient. Thanks for the service!
