An excellent, reliable transfer service—we booked it from the airport to the hotel and then back again. The drivers arrived on time, were friendly, and helped us with our luggage. The car on the way there had Wi-Fi and air conditioning; they gave us water—everything was great. On the way back, we weren’t quite as lucky: there was no Wi-Fi (not a big deal) and it was a bit stuffy (which was more of an issue). I hope that in the future all cars will be comfortable—in a hot country, that’s very important. There are various payment options: you can pay in advance with rubles or on-site with foreign currency—it’s very convenient. Thanks for the service!

Thank you so much for our comfortable transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. Everything was organized efficiently, on time, and clearly. Ufuk was always available and answered all our questions within 5 minutes. It was convenient that we could pay with a Russian card using a QR code. The driver was also available.

This is the third time we’ve booked a transfer to and from the airport with Ufuk. This time, the car wasn’t a Maybach and they didn’t offer us a bottle of water, but it was still a fairly new Vito and the driver was excellent. I highly recommend Ufuk’s team and their excellent service in Istanbul to everyone.
